Please kindly note that accommodation is not part of the registration fee and that there are limited hotel rooms available in Munich due to Oktoberfest. Rooms in the city and surrounding areas fill quickly and we encourage you to book your hotel reservations as soon as possible. We hold the following fixed contingent in some hotels which can be booked through the registration process.
